This website is operated by Weden & Co (“we”, “us”), an estate and letting agency serving Wednesbury and the surrounding West Midlands. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this site.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:

- the address and postcode of a property you're asking about
- details about your enquiry, such as your plans, timescales or a repair you're reporting

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you've asked about, for example:
- arranging a valuation or a viewing
- dealing with a repair or maintenance request

Who we share it with
We only share your information where needed to provide our service, for example with contractors attending a repair, or with the providers that host this website and deliver our email. They may only use it on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any service that follows, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
